(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Officers of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an adult male driver with Failing to Provide Breath Sample on March 4, 2016 at 1:37 am.
During routine patrol, officers stopped a 2011 Pick-up truck on 500 Block of Kings Highway 11in Fort Frances. The driver, 28 year old Bobby Terence of Warren , Manitoba failed the roadside tests and was arrested at the scene and transported to OPP Detachment for breath tests.
Subsequently the driver was charged with,
-Fail to Provide Breath Sample
The vehicle was impounded for a minimum of 7 days and he was issued a mandatory 90 day drivers licence suspension. He is scheduled to appear in Fort Frances Court on April 4, 2016.
The OPP reminds motorists that operating a vehicle under the influence of any amount of alcohol is dangerous and jeopardizes your own safety as well as the safety of others.
